More than a mill job
If you want mentorship, time to treat, and a gym culture instead of a waiting-room assembly line, this is the environment we’re building.
Work directly with each patient. No overlapping treatments and no handing people off to a tech.
Sessions built for assessment, coaching, and progress—not a 15-minute visit squeezed between two others.
Runners, lifters, golfers, tennis players, weekend warriors, and youth athletes who want to keep performing.
Treat in a real training environment, wearing clothes you can move in, doing work that looks like the sport.
Collaborate with a board-certified sports PT and CSCS. Sharpen clinical reasoning alongside people who take the craft seriously.
Contribute ideas, programs, and culture as Cypher grows. Top performers help shape what comes next.
The team you'd be joining
We deliver care in a performance setting, collaborate daily, and invest in clinicians as much as patients.

Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapist and CSCS. Founder. Former D1 strength coach and Coast Guard boat-crew leader.

Sports physical therapist with experience across the NFL, MLB, NCAA, and endurance, golf, and lifting athletes.
What you'll actually do
Compensation
Pay, benefits, schedule, and growth path will be shared directly as we get to know you. We are looking for people who want a long-term seat, not a revolving-door outpatient job.
What you'll need
Doctor of Physical Therapy, licensed in Florida or licensing soon.
Clear communication and genuine confidence in building relationships with athletes and active adults.
CSCS, OCS, or SCS are a plus. Manual therapy skill and a sports background are preferred.
You think beyond the treatment table and want to help build something, not just fill a schedule.
Where you'd work
Racks, turf, and private treatment space for true one-on-one care—not a row of tables behind a waiting room.
